Ketchikan is the fifth largest city in the state of Alaska with a total population of 7,368 2010 according to the 2010 United States Census. Long term marijuana abuse can cause a lack of inhibition, the abuser has no interest in anything other than smoking more marijuana. Their finances may be in a mess due to loss of employment, they barely have a social life and friends and family are just about to give up.
